Redevelopment project for the iconic Kings Reach Tower in the South Bank.

Brief:
Brand and identity

Solution:
Having established the brand position 'High end and sophisticated', it was apparent that South Bank Tower needed to stand out in the competitive property marketplace, and with several other developments within a 10 minutes walking radius it had to be distinctive and appeal both domestically and internationally. Originally designed by brutalist architect Richard Seifert, the modernist heritage helped to inspire a contemporary and unique aesthetic which was then applied across overseas exhibition, marketing suite, film, neighbourhood art program, digital and print materials.

Result:
Sales exceeded expectation and reached unprecedented levels of interests world wide. Agents attribute the design and development as key reason for this success.
